Following your CO₂RE Intima procedure, gentle care and proper hygiene will support healing and comfort.

• Apply a water-based lubricant or Aquaphor as needed to keep the area comfortable.
• Gently cleanse the area with a mild cleanser and water twice daily.
• Avoid sexual intercourse or placing anything inside the vagina for 7 days.
• Do not use tampons for 7 days.
• Avoid tub baths, Jacuzzis, or swimming until the skin is completely healed.
